Shipping and Payments

1. Placing an order

Add the goods chosen to the cart, then open the cart and specify the quantity of the items needed. Make sure that all the details are indicated correctly.
To go to the order finalization form, press “Proceed to checkout”.
On the checkout page, revise the shipping address and the email address.

2. Payment options

Our clients are offered 5 payment methods to choose from. To receive more detailed information, see the checkout page or turn to our online consultant. It is crucial to note that we accept payments in US dollars only.

3. Shipping terms (depending on the region):

      • USA Domestic ― 3–5 days;
      • USA International ― 10–21 days;
      • Europe ― 8–10 days;
      • Latin America ― 10–21 days;
      • Canada ― 10–21 days (if you want to order our goods to Canada, please, contact our consultant in the first place).

4. Tracking an order

After your payment is made, your order details will be forwarded to the shipping department, and as soon as the tracking number becomes available, it will be promptly sent to you by our customer support team. Please note that this process may take some time.

5. Returns and compensation

We can return your money only if your order has not been sent yet. Also, we will reship the order, if it is stuck at customs or has been lost somewhere by a postal service. Compensation for damaged goods is discussed with a client on an individual basis only.

6. Shipping fees

A delivery fee is fixed and equals $25 for all the orders.

7. Bulk orders
